Dear Citizens:

On September 21, 2026, the 14th Ring Poyang Lake International Cycling Competition - "Baishisan" Ganzhou - Anyuan Station will be held in Anyuan County. To ensure the safety and smooth progress of the event, in accordance with the work arrangements and requirements of the event organizing committee, some roads in Anyuan County will be subject to traffic control. The specific matters are announced as follows:

County Cultural and Sports Square (Starting Point) → Zhengang Road (Left Turn) → Anyuan Avenue (Left Turn) → Xinshan Avenue → Xinshan Avenue (Entrance of Xingshan Cultural Park) → Rainbow Bridge of Summer Scenic Area (Left Turn) → Jiangjiang East Road (Left Turn) → Dongjiangyuan Bridge → Dongjiangyuan Avenue (Left Turn) → Tianxin Avenue (Left Turn) → Xinshan Avenue → Xinshan Avenue (Entrance of Xingshan Cultural Park) (One lap is 9.2 kilometers, four laps in total) → Golden Orange Garden at the traffic light intersection (Right Turn) → Sanbaishan Avenue → G238 National Road → Fengshan Township → Zhengang Township → Y138 Township Road → Zhengang Township Huangdong Village → Kongtian Town Hezhuo Village → G358 National Road → X226 County Road → Overbridge Lane → X226 County Road → Fengshan Township Jinggu Village → G238 National Road → Fengshan Township → Zhengang Township → Y138 Township Road → Zhengang Township Huangdong Village → Kongtian Town Hezhuo Village → G358 National Road → X226 County Road → Sanbaishan Scenic Area Main Gate → Sanbaishan Scenic Area Rainbow Road → Sanbaishan Cableway Upper Station (Finish Point), a total distance of 117.8 kilometers.

三、 Traffic Control Measures

During the competition, the entire race route will be subject to full traffic control. The entire race route is prohibited for vehicles and pedestrians unrelated to the event, and all intersections along the route are prohibited for vehicles and pedestrians to enter the race route.

四、Traffic Control Time and Sections

（一） From 7:00 to 10:20 on September 21st, full traffic control will be implemented on the route from County Cultural and Sports Square → Zhengang Road (Left Turn) → Anyuan Avenue (Left Turn) → Xinshan Avenue → Rainbow Bridge of Summer Scenic Area (Left Turn) → Jiangjiang East Road (Left Turn) → Dongjiangyuan Bridge → Dongjiangyuan Avenue (Left Turn) → Tianxin Avenue (Left Turn) → Xinshan Avenue → Xinshan Avenue at the Golden Orange Garden traffic light intersection (Right Turn) → Sanbaishan Avenue → G238 National Road → G238 National Road at the intersection of Laiwu Gang and Jinxiangu Village in Fengshan Township and at the intersection of Laiwu Gang and Jinyigu Village in Zhonggang Township; 

（二）From 7:30 to 11:30 on September 21st, full traffic control will be implemented on G238 National Road at the intersection of Laiwu Gang and Laiwu Gang in Fengshan Township and at the intersection of Laiwu Gang and Jinyigu Village in Zhonggang Township → G238 National Road → Zhengang Township → Y138 Township Road → Zhengang Township Huangdong Village → Kongtian Town Hezhuo Village → G358 National Road → X226 County Road → Sanbaishan Scenic Area → X226 County Road → Fengshan Township Jinggu Village → Rainbow Light at the traffic light intersection of Xingshan Township → G238 National Road → Fengshan Township → Zhengang Township → Y138 Township Road → Zhengang Township Huangdong Village → Kongtian Town Hezhuo Village → G358 National Road → X226 County Road; 

（三）From 8:00 to 11:20 on September 21st, half-width traffic flow will be implemented on the section from the village of Meihu Village in Sanbaishan Town to Hezhuo Village in Kongtian Town along G358 National Road; 

（四）From 7:30 to 10:40 on September 21st, temporary traffic control will be implemented for vehicles traveling from Anyuan South East Shenghuo Road in Ningding Expressway to the urban area; 

（五）From 7:30 to 10:40 on September 21st, temporary traffic control will be implemented for vehicles traveling from Xingbin Avenue in Anhui Town to the urban area along G238 National Road and from G238 National Road to Yingbin Avenue in Anhui Town; 

（六） From 7:30 to 11:10 on September 21st, temporary traffic control will be implemented for vehicles traveling from Dahuizhen Village in Xingshan Township to Fengshan Township and the county town in the direction of Xingshan Township and the county town.

The public security authorities will adjust the traffic control time and points as well as the scope of traffic control according to the progress of the event. They will also lift the traffic control section by section as the competition progresses.

Citizens are requested to cooperate with the traffic control work of the event. Any acts of disobedience to the instructions of the police and staff, or disruption of the event order, will be punished in accordance with the provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety", and those causing serious consequences will be held criminally responsible.
