This event was organized by the Tourism Development Group of An Yuan County. They successfully completed all the tasks for escorting the provincial sports event and fully demonstrated the responsibility of state-owned enterprises and their professional operation capabilities.

一、Coordinate all resources across the region, and build a solid foundation for event support at a high standard.

This event innovatively connects five core locations: Sanba Mountain Scenic Area, Dongshengwei Scenic Area, Xisijia Village, Sanba Mountain Hot Spring Park, and Zihuan Town. It creates a "full-area immersive off-road race track" with unique Anyuan characteristics, achieving a deep integration of sports competition and scenic landscapes and cultural heritages.

During the preparation and hosting period, the Tourism Development Group, in collaboration with relevant departments, completed all on-site investigations of the competition venues, planning of the race route, overall environmental improvement, and safety checks in advance. This ensured that the venue met the provincial-level competitive requirements and presented the beautiful landscapes and Hakka heritage of Anyuan in an all-round manner.At the same time, the group established a front-line work team to be stationed at the site, achieving full-chain closed-loop management of operation, allocation, order maintenance, and emergency response, and establishing a foundation for the event with the standard of "zero omissions".

二、Enhance reception services and comprehensively promote the image of An Yuan City

Throughout the entire event, the Group's Sanbaoshan International Hotel and Qiu'ning Little Prince Hotel provided accommodation, catering and other services for nearly 500 athletes, over 100 referees and staff.The standardized management system of the hotels, the characteristic Hakka cuisine, and the 24/7 response to details all won unanimous praise from the organizing committee and the participants, becoming an "alive brand" for An Yuan's urban service image.

三、Deepen the integration of sports and tourism, and maximize the economic efficiency of the events.

The group adheres to the principle of "using competitions as a medium, showcasing culture through tourism, and empowering through sports and tourism". It focuses on capturing the traffic generated by the events, encouraging participants to take photos and experience the beautiful landscapes of Anyuan and the rich cultural heritage of the Hakka people.On-site, there are special areas for Hakka snacks and agricultural and specialty products. A series of measures have transformed the "visitor flow" of the event into "tourist flow" of the scenic area and "cash flow" of consumption, effectively activating the consumption vitality of the county. This has enabled the influence of the provincial-level event to truly become an "accelerator" for the upgrading of Anyuan's cultural tourism industry.

四、Fully fulfilled duties throughout the process and successfully completed the mission of providing security for the event.

This event had a total of 5 competition days, covering four individual events (short distance, medium distance, 100 meters, and points) and two team and relay events. It was highly professional and had strict requirements for support.。The Tourism Development Group has always firmly assumed the primary responsibility, operating with high standards, intensity and efficiency throughout the process, achieving "zero mistakes" in the competition schedule and "zero flaws" in support, and successfully concluding the event.

This competition is hosted by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province. It is of high level and large scale. This is the first time An Yuan County has hosted a provincial orienteering event. It is not only a comprehensive test of our county's organizing capabilities, but also a major opportunity to showcase An Yuan's image and promote the integration of sports and tourism.In the future, the An Yuan Tourism Development Group will review the event support experience, continuously deepen the main business of tourism and culture, and innovate the model of integrating sports and tourism.
