From June 28th to 29th, a delegation of young Taiwanese students came to our county for a two-day visit and exchange. The Taiwanese youths visited Dongshengwan and Sanbaishan one after another, experiencing the blood ties of the same roots and origin between the two sides while exploring the Hakka culture and the natural ecology.
The visiting group first arrived at Dongshengwei Scenic Area. Under the guidance of the tour guide, the young people gained a deep understanding of the profound historical background of this largest square Hakka courtyard house in China, and experienced the unique charm of Hakka culture.

This is the first time I have seen such square-style courtyard houses. Only through personal experience can one truly appreciate how astonishing the bricks and tiles are. Today it's also raining slightly, which adds to the historical atmosphere here. Only then did I truly feel the diligence and bravery of the Hakka people and their history.
In the Sanbaoshan Scenic Area, the visiting group took a boat trip through Dongfeng Lake. Along the way, they passed by the Qinyin Spring, the Shuren Stone, the Source Culture Museum, and other places. Under the guidance of the tour guide, they learned about the story of the people of Anyuan who have been guarding the source of the Dongjiang River. Standing on the glass walkway, everyone looked down at the lush forest and took photos and made marks to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The scenery is very beautiful. Since we arrived at the place probably not in the middle of July, it was actually quite cool, with the temperature ranging from 24 to 25 degrees Celsius. The entire trip was very comfortable. The reservoir could also be seen. It was truly very clean, without any pollution.
This trip to Anyuan enabled Taiwanese young people to experience the charm of Hakka culture and the natural scenery of the source of the Dongjiang River, and also brought the young people on both sides of the strait closer together.
