Through field monitoring, researchers have successfully captured images of a variety of national key protected wild animals, including the Chinese serow, leopard cat, 白鹇, and Tibetan macaque, fully demonstrating the rich biodiversity and excellent ecological environment of the local area.

It is understood that this survey is an important part of the "Jiangxi Province Primate Wild Animal Survey Project". The scientific research working group moved into Anyuan in November and carried out a two-week field scientific research work. Infrared cameras set up deep in the Three Hundred Mountains have captured a vibrant world of wild animals.

What is particularly precious is that the camera also captured the vivid scene of  living in harmony with the little muntjac. This series of discoveries has provided valuable scientific basis for the study of wildlife populations and habitat protection in Anyuan, and also confirmed the solid achievements our county has made in ecological and environmental protection. Groups of rare animals rest here leisurely, painting a beautiful picture of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

SanBai Mountain is the source of the Dongjiang River, the source of drinking water for residents of Guangdong and Hong Kong, and the only tourist destination in the country that holds the significance of "remembering the source of drinking water" for Hong Kong compatriots. The forest coverage rate reaches 98%, and the maximum value of negative oxygen ions in the air is 100,000 per cubic centimeter. It is known as a "summer resort" and a "natural oxygen bar".

The Three Hundred Mountains have preserved a relatively well-preserved subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest ecosystem, with a forest coverage rate as high as 98%. The main peak has an altitude of 1,169 meters, with an average temperature of 15.1 degrees Celsius, a frost-free period of 260 days, and an average annual rainfall of 1,680 millimeters. It is very suitable for summer retreat. Take the cable car up the mountain and enjoy the undulating mountain scenery.
