The first stop: Sanbaoshan Scenic Area

Sanbaoshan is one of the highlights of this trip. As a national 5A-level tourist attraction and the source of the Dongjiang River, it boasts charming scenery and is truly a "summer resort" and a "natural oxygen bar".

The six wonders of the Three Hundred Mountains, namely the Source Waterfalls, the Three Hundred Peaks, the canyon Rapes, the High Mountain lakes, the primeval forest sea and the volcanic landforms, are known as the "Six Wonders of the Three Hundred Mountains". Loach 粄 : about a few inches long, made from polished rice, with a lustrous color, resembling loach, smooth, tender and delicate, refreshing and fresh, very delicious.

In anyuan, there is a saying: "no 粄, no guest." The crust of the stuffed 粄 is soft and glutinous with a hint of chewiness. Inside, it is filled with fillings such as radish, mushrooms, pork, and bamboo shoots. It tastes very delicious and is rich in the characteristics of anyuan.

Fake swallow: Made from fish puree, it is produced through processes such as steaming, drying, and slicing into thin strips. When eating, mix in some shredded meat, chicken broth, shredded mushrooms, coriander, chopped scallions and other seasonings.
