At the meeting, Deputy Group Leader Zhong Hongfeng conveyed and studied the spirit of the speech made by the main leaders of the county committee when listening to the report of the 11th round of inspection at the special meeting of the county Party secretary and the spirit of the mobilization and deployment meeting of the 12th round of inspection of the 15th County Committee. Tang Yubin, the head of the fourth inspection team of the county committee, delivered a mobilization speech and put forward three requirements:

First, we need to enhance collaboration and coordination. The inspection team will carry out its work by comprehensively applying various methods such as listening to reports, individual interviews, and reviewing materials. All personnel of the group are requested to take a responsible attitude towards the cause and colleagues, make careful preparations, cooperate actively, reflect the situation truthfully, provide materials in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure the smooth progress of the inspection work.

Second, we must ensure smooth channels for feedback. The Party Committee and the leadership team of the group should take the lead in identifying problems and facing up to shortcomings, and create a favorable atmosphere where they voluntarily accept supervision and cadres and the masses actively participate. Cadres and the public can objectively and impartially report situations and problems to the inspection team through public announcement channels such as phone calls, letters, and visits.

Third, strict discipline requirements must be enforced. When reflecting problems, one must be realistic and objective. It is strictly prohibited to conceal, provide false information or interfere with or obstruct the inspection work. For behaviors such as non-support and cooperation, perfunctory rectification, or even retaliation, strict measures will be taken in accordance with regulations and discipline. During the inspection period, strictly enforce the system of interceding, making requests, registering and holding accountable. Please do not cross the disciplinary red line.

Comrade Hong Haitao, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Tourism Development Group, made a statement of commitment regarding the implementation of inspection work:

First, deepen ideological understanding and resolutely implement the deployment of the inspection. All employees should deeply understand the political significance and important role of the "look back" inspection, taking it as a "comprehensive review" of the group's work and a "political physical examination" of the cadre team. They should truly unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and plans of the county committee and the requirements of the inspection, and accept supervision and support the inspection with a high degree of political awareness.

Second, actively and proactively cooperate to fully ensure the implementation of the inspection. We will resolutely comply with the inspection arrangements, strictly abide by the discipline requirements, and do a solid job in liaison and coordination, material provision, service guarantee and other work to create the best environment for the inspection team to truly understand the situation and carry out work efficiently.

Third, we will focus on rectification and improvement, and deepen the application of inspection results. We should humbly accept and take all the problems pointed out during the inspection, deeply analyze the root causes, and make immediate and genuine corrections. Adhere to drawing lessons from one case to prevent others, focus on addressing both symptoms and root causes, strive to build a long-term mechanism, and earnestly do a good job in the "second half" of the inspection work, truly achieving the goals of promoting rectification, construction and governance through inspection.
