The submitted works must not infringe upon others' Copyrights, portrait rights, reputation rights or privacy rights. If any third party makes a claim or dissatisfaction regarding the rights of the people, buildings or other things in the picture, the contributor shall be fully responsible for all legal matters arising from or potentially arising from the picture；

Any work or behavior that is found to be detrimental to public order and good customs will result in disqualification. Works and behaviors that violate public order and good customs include, but are not limited to, those that may seriously mislead public perception, have a fraudulent nature, and all other circumstances that contravene laws, morality, public order or good customs.

This event is free of charge and no submissions will be returned. The submitted works are still subject to all rights reserved by the photographers. The event organizer has the right to use the photographed works for non-commercial purposes within the scope of publicity of this collection activity. The copyright belongs to the photographer. The submitted works will be granted to the organizer and related units for promotion and publicity activities. The works can be used through various channels (including but not limited to the Internet, news releases or other media, offline display and promotion activities, etc.). When using them, the photographer's right of authorship will be retained, and the usage area is not restricted. The organizer is also allowed to modify and cut the works；

Once the contributor uploads the work, it is deemed that they agree to and abide by the above rules. All works that do not meet the submission requirements will be disqualified；
