A1: Orienteering is a kind of sport that uses a map, a compass or other navigation tools to get to various target points quickly through various obstacles on the way within a set range, and to complete the tasks at each point and finally reach the finish line.

A2: With the continuous development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the exchanges and cooperation between universities in the Mainland and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have become increasingly close. In order to further promote sports and cultural exchanges between universities in the Greater Bay Area and those in Ganzhou City, improve the physical quality and teamwork ability of university students, and implement the policy of entering scenic spots, the "Ganzhou Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Orienteering Invitational Tournament" is organized. This event aims to promote friendly exchanges between universities in Ganzhou City and universities in the Greater Bay Area through orienteering and cross-country, which is a competitive and interesting sport, and to cultivate the teamwork spirit of university students as well as the sportsmanship of challenging oneself and transcending limits.

Cost guidelines

1、Enrollment Fee: There is no enrollment fee for this race.

2, two days and one night accommodation and food expenses at their own expense, for security and event guarantee, athletes accommodation and food unified arrangeme

nts, cost standard: 235 yuan / person (including a breakfast + 2 meals + international hotel accommodation)

★ Note: Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the registration deadline; cancellations made after the registration deadline are non-refundable.

(a) The top six in each category will be awarded certificates; among them, the top three will be awarded trophies, certificates and prizes;

(b) Any group with less than 3 entries will be canceled, and the athletes who have entered the group will be transferred to the neighboring group. The ranking of the group 

      with less than 7 persons will be reduced by 1;

(c) Finishing athletes are entitled to finishers' commemorative point marker flag charm;

(A) The organizing committee of the event will provide the participating finger card. Athletes are required to compensate for any loss of the card at the price of RMB 160 yuan;

(B) Participating athletes need to be in good health, suffering from heart disease and other unsuitable for strenuous exercise is prohibited to register to participate;

(C) the race athletes must wear sportswear, sports shoes, wear a number cloth, special orientation compass (self-prepared) to complete the race independently;

(D) Please pay attention to the supplementary notification for the venue information and other subsequent information of the event, and check the supplementary notification of the event after registration;

(E) The organizer has the right to temporarily adjust the race time, race system, number of rounds or cancel the race according to the situation of the race site and weather conditions. In case of unexpected thunderstorms during the event, the venue referee will uniformly guide the participants to a safe area to avoid the rain, and the organizer will decide whether to continue the race or not.

(F) The organizer will provide electronic timing system, point marking flag, electronic point sticker, and performance statistics.

(G) Disclaimer: If the body suffers from heart disease, cerebral hemorrhage, hypertension, coronary heart disease, etc. is not suitable to participate in strenuous exercise, such as athletes to conceal the disease to participate in the race caused by the consequences of their own, the organizers do not bear any responsibility.

(H) The organizer has the right to use the portraits of all participants in the competition and training for the promotion of the event.

(I) The information provided by the participants will only be used for matters related to the competition, and the organizer will keep the information strictly confidential.
